We understand that your pets are part of your family, and we give them the care and attention they deserve.
Boarding Services
Our boarding guests join our daycare crew during the day and play in our supervised and monitored play groups. We do kennel for feeding, and overnight.
Boarding is charged per night, and guests are welcome to drop off by appointment as early as 7:30 AM on weekdays. If a time outside of the normal hours is needed arrangements must be made with the Manager. We strongly encourage morning-early afternoon drop-offs to allow for plenty of playtime before bedtime.
Boarding Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up are done by appointment only, and we kindly ask that you treat your scheduled time as an appointment. Here’s why:
Some days are busier than others, and for safety purposes, we aim to control lobby traffic to minimize distractions for pets and staff.
Our checkout process can take 60 minutes or more as we:
Gather your pet’s belongings.
Update their profile in our portal with helpful notes for future visits, such as who their buddies are and activities they enjoyed or didn’t enjoy.
Ensure all balances are up-to-date.
Provide your pet with a fresh potty break before heading home to ensure they’re comfortable during the trip home.
This process allows us to streamline your checkout while maintaining our high quality of care.
If you arrive significantly earlier than your scheduled time, we may not be ready, as we could still be assisting guests with earlier appointments or performing tasks such as new guest interviews, walks, or one-on-one play sessions. This may result in a longer wait.
If you need to adjust your appointment time, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!
Any additional dogs from the same household will receive a 15% discount when sharing a kennel.

Concerned your pet may struggle to settle overnight? We can provide an all-natural chew to your pet each night at bedtime to help settle their minds and soothe into a restful night's sleep.
We see decreased anxiety markers, and minimized kennel aversion when pet's have a new, mentally stimulating chew each night to occupy them. Add them to your pet's stay at a discounted rate! Unless specified, your pet will be given a mix of the options during their stay.

Forgot Their Food? No Worries!
If you forget to bring your pup’s food, we’ll make sure they don’t go hungry! We’ll provide our house kibble at a cost of $3 per meal based on the feeding schedule you provide at check-in.

Frequently asked questions
What should I bring with my dog for their boarding stay?
We do ask that boarding guests come with the food portioned into individual meals, and any necessary medications and supplements. That's it! We'll provide the rest! If you would like to bring them a comfort item you are more then welcome to. They will stay with them and only them and left with their stuff during group play time.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes! We have fridge and freezer and are happy to comply with home-prepared cooked and raw diets. Much of our staff are experienced raw feeders. Anything left over if not consumed will be sent home with you at pick-up.
How far in advance should I schedule my boarding reservation?
We can almost always accommodate short-notice boarding guests, however during holiday weeks, we do often reach capacity and have to deny reservation requests. We advise making boarding reservations as soon as you are sure of the dates you will need.
Why is pick-up done by appointment? What should I do if our plans change?
Our method for boarding pick-up entails scheduled appointments to ensure a prompt reunion between you and your pet. If any changes arise in your schedule, please inform us, so we can adjust your pet's stay accordingly. Early pick-up may result in your pet missing scheduled meals, potty breaks, or grooming services if you've requested them.
What is your CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life is unpredictable and plans may change. However, we kindly require a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your pet's appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to your schedule. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may incur charges up to the full payment of your reservation.
What are your HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
At our facility, we prioritize the health and safety of your pets above all else. To ensure your dog's well-being during their appointment, please ensure that they are up to date on their Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations as per their age. We require a copy of these vaccination records to keep on file. Please note that all vaccinations must be administered at least ten days before their scheduled stay to ensure that the vaccine has taken effect.
In the event that your dog is not up to date on their vaccinations or we do not have the necessary records, we reserve the right to decline our services. Additionally, if your dog displays any signs or symptoms of illness within 48 hours of your reservation, we kindly ask that you inform us and either cancel or reschedule your appointment.
